Get That Next Job, Inc. has finally changed the paradigm in the traditional job search process. We have freed all candidates, those employed, in transition (unemployed) and those contemplating job change to enter the 21st century of transition methodology. We provide that career coaching, executive career training, career counseling in 5 formats, our website, book, CD, our Transition Methodology Coaching (Candidate Initiative Search Assignment, CISA) and our seminars for new career seekers. Most candidates are still stuck in past. With our step-by-step, time proven transition method, gone are the days of the archaic “cover letter, resume and prayer method” that has been employed for the last 50 years, by most candidates, executives, business professionals, or individual contributors, looking for a new work position, job in today’s highly competitive market place.
We also know that candidates, dehirees, or people re-entering the job market, such as retirees, typically use recruiters, even though they may intellectually know that those agencies only provide about 3-5% of all the job prospects. Candidates still rely too much on these methods. Candidates are still mailing and emailing resumes and cover letters to company’s HR department even though they know little will come from their efforts.
Candidates in search mode still look through the web, at book stores, and the newspapers for career and life coaches, books on resumes and cover letters that still offer the same old tried and not true methods for finding, securing that next job.
