Mr. Dreyfus has spent the last 25 years in the Human Capital arena, outplacement, recruiting, career planning and transition coaching. His prior professional career encompassed three distinct yet related career paths, teaching, sales, sales training and sales management, and small business consulting. He has worked as an outplacement consultant, recruiter, sales and recruiting manager, business consultant, and Vice President of Sales in three different industries.

He is also the author of various articles on sales, management and dehiring, he has also been quoted in newsletters, periodicals and newspapers. His book and CD have been received well by the outplacement community. Bruce also writes for several websites as well as his own, www.get-THAT-NEXT-job.com. Bruce is also a sought after speaker on all topics having to do with transition.

Bruce holds a BS Ed and M Ed in Administration. Bruce taught English and Social Sciences for several years before embarking on a successful sales and coaching career. He has also earned a certificate as a Certified Outplacement Consultant. As a former, sales professional, Bruce does understand how to get you NOTICED, INTERVIEWED, and more importantly how to allow his candidates to NEGOTIATE the best package for themselves while securing THAT NEXT job.

Les Levine has over 30 years of experience in the human services arena, the last ten of which have been spent successfully providing career and job coaching to clients at all levels, and those seeking advancement, upward mobility and career change. He has also served as a recruiter for major talent acquisition corporations. Les has joined us as a Principal Consultant and Area Partner in Greater Cleveland, Ohio area because he has demonstrated an extraordinary interest in his clients’ needs, goals and aspirations.

Prior to his consulting practice, Les held key executive and senior management positions in companies providing comprehensive programs and career services to people with disabilities, including rehabilitation, job development, placement and retention. He also has a proven track record in the areas of organizational development, strategic planning, human resources and marketing. In addition, Les has been instrumental in recruiting individuals to actively serve on boards of directors, thereby achieving organizational goals and objectives.

Les is a member of several professional and community organizations and has repeatedly been elected to leadership roles. He is also a welcomed speaker at various local, regional and national conferences.

Les is a graduate of Pace University with a B.B.A. in Marketing and Business Administration and New York University with an M.A. in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling.
