Site's Purpose

We have often been asked why the Dialogue Consulting Group offers and hosts this site.

The main purpose was to provide an alternative methodology to seeking a new job in today's highly competitive market. The new normal is not only here, but may be here to stay.

As we were writing the site, subsequent book, PDF products and our audio CD, three distinct purposes became evident. Job Search

1. The first reason was strictly pragmatic; it was a way of reinforcing concepts and presenting new ideas or processes immediately to our coaching clients.

2. To provide a free information base of 60 pages focused around a successful concept designed specifically about seeking a new job that would attract both future coaching clients and possible franchise partners.

3. The final reason was actually altruistic. Having personally faced dislocation, dehiring or termination as an adult several times, to provide a free resource to candidates that we at “get THAT NEXT job” cannot serve because of their limited financial resources.

You will notice that our system not only provides a unique system to get YOU noticed, and get YOU interviewed, but also provides the complete process to secure and hold that next job. We have been very careful in building this site and our process to include all the information about soliciting, interviewing and securing that next job, as well as, how to prepare any candidate for the next inevitable dehire and structured program that will ensure that that next period of transition is short.

We hope that you find the information herein valuable not only for this job pursuit but for the next one and for the one after that. We take our coaching responsibility very seriously as such, at DCG we perform hours of volunteer and pro bono work weekly. We also make our site, books, CD’s and coaching available free on a regular basis.
