Dear Clients:

Now that we about to embark on our seventh year of Transition Coaching, we have instituted some basic needed changes in our website. As a client you have noticed a significant shift in the contents of our website. Over the next few months we will transit to a subscription based website. 50 pages will remain as free pages and 280 pages will be available only on a  subscription basis. Later this fall, we will also intoduce audio, video and power point lessons. Until conversiion in November, we will continue to have a majority of our site, 230 pages, available only via a system we call "Client Pages."

We sincerely thank all for your forbearance as we convert the site from a free site to a subscription site. We also thank you for your trust and look forward to a great year for them and for “get THAT NEXT job!”

The following changes are effective as of  1 August 2011.

1. Regular coaching calls will be scheduled on a Tuesday thru Friday. Additional time will be available in the late afternoon or via email on Monday & Thursday if needed. Please email ahead to reserve time. No fee calls will still be limited to 10 minutes or less. (There will be a minimum fee of $25 charged for calls over 10 minutes. Calls beyond 15 minutes will be charged $75.)   

2. Most coaching candidates will receive no more than one 1/2 hour phone or one hour for face-to-face coaching per week. Obviously, we will accommodate candidate's needing more. CISA Clients are on a different schedule. Our standard coaching fee remains @ $170 per hour, or $85 per 1/2 hour. We only accept credit card payments.

3. All Transition Coaching hours will now be limited to 55 minutes in length. Each coaching hour will begin on the hour and conclude @ 55 minutes past the hour. Thirty minute calls will be 28 minutes in length. (The shortened time is for notes, paper work, etc).  

4. All CISA’s candidate’s hours will be scheduled on Monday and Friday. As our program usually takes 6-12 weeks to secure THAT NEXT job; each candidate may schedule 3 hours per week. (The 2 weeks for preparation of the candidate’s sales/marketing materials is not figured in the 5-6 week time frame.)

5. Based upon requests, we have added several multi-hour packages. (For a list of them packages please email us.)

6. Our 3 hour Candidate Transion Inventory Interview and subsequent Review remains @ $350, pre-paid and will be administered on Monday mornings.
 
7. Because we expect rescheduling of coaching times, based on our client’s possible interview schedule and since all services are now pre-paid, we no longer have to require an 18 hour notice period to reschedule. However, to insure rescheduling at a convenient time please let us know, via email or phone, at least 8 hours ahead, to avoid rescheduling problems and conflicts.

8. We will continue to monitor each candidate’s progress on a weekly basis only. Excell reports are to be submitted via email every Thursday evening. (If you are currently on a daily report regimen, please continue.)

9. We will continue to review “paper” on a no fee basis for non-candidates as long as the review is 10 minutes or less.

10. We continue the policy that all fees are still on a pre-paid only, and may be paid via credit card only.
