Below is a series of question to ask at your interview. They are used after our Paradigm Questions. See: Client Pages on the site.

1. What is your major goal for your business this coming year?

2. How are you going to impact positively both your sales and profit margin?

3. What has been the greatest impediment to you gaining market share?

4. Are any of your competitors doing markedly better than you are? 

5. If so, what is their secret?

6. What goals over the last three years have been the most elusive?

7. Can you explain the demographic makeup of your client base in detail?

8. Is your “marketing & sales” effort targeted to the people who buy, use and support your product line?
     
9. At 2:00 O’clock in the morning what problem about your business keeps nagging at you?

10. If you could make one change in your business today what would it be?

11. When your clients think of your products, services, or offering what is the first thing they think of?

12. If I could show you a proven methodology to focus on your market segment and increase your business by 20% would you be interested?
