Interviewing is an art form! It cannot be seen or perceived as rote, nor assumed by the interviewer, as too casual or unprepared.
Remember, there is always a fine line between being perceived as a braggart, fool or PROFESSIONALLY competent.
You need to practice, practice, practice.
If it sounds too good; it probably IS.
