These are your basic guidelines for any discussion!
These seven quick interrogatories will work every time. These seemingly simple changes that will bring DYNAMIC results. Reminder, this is an aggressive methodology, but it works. (See testimonials and our book)
When you ask the following questions, lower the register of your voice and lean slightly forward. Ask the first question at the very beginning of each dialogue.
- The first is: WHAT ABOUT MY BACKGROUND MADE YOU SPEAK WITH ME TODAY?
- Why did you come here?
- What qualities does a ........representative need to be successful here?
- What constituent qualities are you looking for in a ...........sales candidate?
- What do you want, expect, and need from a ............representative?
- Why would a candidate find this opportunity attractive?
- WHAT CHARACTERISTICS BEST DESCRIBE YOUR MOST SUCCESSFUL ......REP OR HIRE?
Finally, The last three may be used to help close the deal:
8. What did I fail to tell you about my accomplishments that I should have?
Once you ask this, do not speak again until you have been answered completely by the interviewer.
9. Which most intrigued you?
10. You can always ask..."How can I help you?"
