- Reliability – Top of the list, because this is the one quality that I take the most pride in. When given an assignment or goal, I understand that others are counting on those efforts to be carried out in a timely, productive and efficient manner.
- Professional Maturity – My experiences have been varied both in industry and responsibility. This allows the building of credibility with a wide range of levels of an organization; up to and including the C-level.
- Team Player – An enterprise can have the best talent and technology available, but superstars can and do fail if they work at cross-purposes. I understand how to work with all resources within an organization to generate stated goals. This is further enhanced by taking on an entrepreneur “do what it takes attitude.”

- Independent Learner – Just point me to the goal and I will find the resources to learn what is necessary to exceed expectations. I have operated my own firm and learned numerous software products in recent years with little formal training available.
- Ability to Build – Although somewhat of a perfectionist and my hardest critic, I have learned to build successes out of mistakes by not repeating them. I am still willing to take on new challenges and put the exceptional effort required to excel.
