Guidelines
Candidates often ask...
What are the basic guidelines to any interview?
1. Enjoy the interview, but focus on asking why you are there, in fact, why they are there, before you launch into a presentation of YOU (sales 101)
2. Remember two interviews are going on at the same time, pause to reflect before you answer questions, and listen to the question fully to analyze why it was asked.
3. Review Accomplishments based on conversation
