Explanation:

The CISA© methodology by Transition Compass® is simple, step-by-step, aggressive and direct. We instruct and coach our CISA candidates in our methodology of directly advocating themselves to senior level executives of targeted companies, using our time-proven Personal Marketing Strategy Program. Our candidates can and do circumvent the traditional method of application by going directly to the decision makers of those companies and bypass the Human Resources functionaries. The CISA process allows our candidates to penetrate to the "invisible" positions that can only created by the decision makers. Our approach is based on a unique comprehensive coordinated attack plan. The process combines the best parts of a marketing campaign and a dedicated, non-emotional objective advocacy program, to “get you Noticed,” “get you Interviewed,” and “get THAT NEXT job!”

Staff:

Our professional staff understands what hiring managers are looking for in candidates. They understand how to position you as the ideal person to fill an open position. Our PMSP© systems demonstrates our candidates accomplishments, competencies and most importantly their potentials. We take you from the “Paper Candidate to the Real Candidate.” Our staff will teach you, not only how to understand the process of finding the perfect opportunity; but coach you through each step from initial contact to offer and negotiation. Our proprietary step-by-step methodology has been developed over a 20 year period to illustrate clearly the candidate’s value to the potential new employer’s senior management. We are certain, based on prior successes; that by using the CISA© process our candidates will find that right opportunity.

 

The CISA© Process:  The 21st Century Transition Methodology

Preparation:

The preparation phase helps us gather comprehensive information about you, our product.

Initial Interview:

We will conduct approximately a one & one half hour interview using our own inventory assessment materials. This process is designed to get to know you, your accomplishments, competencies, potentials, goals and professional and personal background. For us to be your best advocate we need to know more about you than “you” do.

Vita Review & “Paper” Preparation:

Candidate submits current resume and a completed Candidate Narrative.

CISA Interview:

Our staff administers a 2 hour interview to determine success in our system. The CISA Interview is priced separately. Our staff will provide our prospective clients with a written digest of our assessment, and explain how best to utilize our services.

Setting Realistic Goals & Objectives:

After the CISA Interview and “paper” assessment we will hone in on your REAL goals, objectives and the market place realities.

Immersion in CISA program:

After our in depth interview and the candidate’s goals being carefully established, and if our staff feels the candidate will benefit from our system, we will then instruct the new CISA candidate to develop the various CISA marketing tools with the advice and assistance of our consultant. This process usually takes the candidate about a week. During the candidate’s preparation, the consultant is on call to be an active participant reviewing the CISA’s presentation tools.

Choosing the Target Market:

Our candidates, after careful study of the market, and with an active probing assist from our consultants, will choose their first 18 potential target companies.

Presentation of CISA materials:

Once the PMSP/CISA materials have been written, reviewed and produced, our consultants help our candidates to begin presenting those CISA materials to the decision makers of the firms that the candidate and the consultant have chosen.

Interview Coaching:

Once interviews have been established, be they telephonic or face-to-face, the consultant will prepare the candidate for the each interview. After a careful review of the initial contact, the consultant then focuses on the second interview and beyond.

References, Negotiations, and Offers coaching:

Once a possibility of an offer arises, our consultants will prepare our clients with the advanced skills necessary to take the discussion to the offer and acceptance phase. Our consultants will then review all offers and agreements before our candidates sign any paperwork.

Follow-up:

Our consultants will be in contact with our candidates, on an irregular basis, for a period of one year to monitor their progress.

Guarantee:

If you are not completely satisfied, please inform the consultant and we will attempt to correct our process or merely let us know and the agreement ceases to be in effect.

Transition Compass makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, as to your future employment. Our time-tested methodology, however, has produced amazing results; with most candidates obtaining interviews within the first five-six weeks or less of the CISA Program. Our candidates are generally employed in a new position in eight to twelve weeks of initiating the CISA.

These services are non-refundable. Our Professional Transition Methodology Coaching Services are primarily intellectual property imparted to you or to others on your behalf by our staff. Therefore, no refunds will be granted.

CISA Maintenance:

If you find yourself seeking new employment or “just need to talk” within the next year, after you have accepted a new position, we offer up to 3 hours of additional consultation absolutely free.
