CANDIDATE DESCRIPTOR

1. This a punched up precis resume.

2. Use resume or bullet format focus on the ACP

3. List 6-8 bulleted experiences, accomplishments, competencies, and or potentials; preferably with a $ value attached.

4. Send it either prior to or immediately after an interview. Face to face or phone

5. The bullets are to answer questions, address issues or point out attributes that would make you a more attractive candidate.

6. When you write an email thank you for the interview, attach it.
