Our Transition Compass® process is based on five simple concepts:

1. "Tasks are Normally Dismissed, Measurable Accomplishments are Always Recognized."   Titles & dates mean nothing; only accomplishments speak for you.

2. There are 7 KNOWS in every career transition period that are vital to understand.

a. Know who you are.
b. Know who the potential employer (company) is.
c. Know who the Hiring Manager is. (Know their background)
d. Know your possible market place.
e. Know how to attract the Hiring Manager’s attention.
f.  Know how to demonstrate your value. (Dynamic Interview/Paradigm Shifter)
g. Know how to negotiate the best offer.

3. Transition is and always will be a marketing and sales process, not a Human Resource’s process. You are the sales person marketing “yourself.”

4. The hiring manager’s job is always more important to them, than offering you a job.

5. Your transition program must accomplish three tasks at the same time:
a. Wow the Hiring Manager: “get NOTICED”
b. Demonstrate Reduced Risk of Hire and Increased Reward of Hire:
“get INTERVIEWED”
c. Develop urgency in the hiring process: “get THAT NEXT job!” ©

Our 21st Century Process uses the Candidate Narrative, Accomplishment Report and Descriptor that are sent to the hiring authority during an 18 day period. You will notice we do not use or subscribe to the archaic “cover letter, resume and prayer method of job search.

We will demonstrate to our candidates how to find and use both the existing and hidden job markets. You will "get THAT NEXT job!"
