Hidden Risk

The silent RISK!

 

There are at least two risks in hiring for ever hiring manager short of the rank of president.

 

The first RISK:

 

I have spoken often about risk in hiring; most often; about the risk the hiring manager faces with every new hire. The undeniable fact that the hiring manager’s job is always more important to him/her than a potential offer being made to you regardless of how good your credentials seem. The “dirty diaper” syndrome is alive and well in today’s highly competitive, and stressful job market. That is the reason that we created the PMSP program. It circumvents the normal hiring path, the local or direct hiring manager, and goes straight to the top, the president, COO, CEO, EVP. The rest you can read in my book or on this website.

 

But the second silent RISK is even more powerful than the first.

 

That RISK is faced by the hiring authority; for not talking to you!

 

If you follow the PMSP© system all your communications go to the real decision makers, the visionaries, the creators and holders of the budget; the real strategic thinkers of the company. The only managers who actually have the power; the presence; to make sure things happen. Most importantly, these individuals are real BOSSES of the hiring managers; that you normally would contact for a job.  The normal hiring manager’s job is thus in jeopardy for not talking with you. Your credential presentation was seen as so strong by the BOSS that the very position of the typical hiring manager is threatened by ignoring your candidacy that has been sent to him/her by the REAL BOSS.

 

Our system has no secrets or magic wands, yes it is frustrating and emotionally difficult hard work, but it works.
