About the Coach:

Mr. Dreyfus has worked as a recruiter, manager and consultant at MRI, Atlanta and Boston, RDRaab, Atlanta and CSC, Atlanta. Prior to recruiting, Bruce spent five years in outplacement at DCG, Boston and Drake Beam Morin, Boston/Atlanta. He is also the author of various articles on sales, management and dehiring. Among those is the S.A.L.E.S Approach to Selling, referred to often on his website:.get-THAT-NEXT-job.com. He came to transition coaching, outplacement and recruiting naturally from a successful twenty-year-plus sales career. He has been awarded the much coveted title of "Manager of the Year" with three companies in two different industries. The 8th edition of his book, Personal Marketing Strategy Program for Transition Candidates©: "get THAT NEXT job!" was released in January 2008. It is based upon his unique marketing methodology that ensures "candidates will get noticed." Using the PMSP methodology they become "Candidates, not merely Resumes!" Bruce holds a BS Ed and M Ed in Administration. Bruce taught English and Social Sciences for several years before embarking on a successful sales career, and eventually a 20 year career in outplacement and recruiting.
