Manager's Interview Grid
The Interview Evaluation Factors
In every interview setting, you are being evaluated on a 14 criteria grid.
Below are the 14 factors that every interviewer uses to evaluate your candidacy.
Every time you submit your paper or are in a “conversation,” phone screen or face-to-face, the interviewer is grading you on all 14 plus others that they have on their own personal grid.
Your original introspection period can make these factors easier to demonstrate or explain and validate. You cannot change the chemistry of the “who” you are but your ROI can change how you are perceived.
The 14 Factors:
Experiences
Accomplishments
Competencies
Latent Talent
Drive/Determination/Desire
Temperament
Work Ethic
Personality
Leadership Abilities
Personal Ethics
Compensation History
Fit
Sense of Humor
Education
