Our Coaching Principles:
 
1.  gTNj is committed to the concept of: "Accomplished Candidates, not merely resumes!"

2.  Our job is to obviate our coaching relationship as quickly as possible.

3.  Our goal is to allow each coachee to develop the competitive advantage to get them NOTICED, INTERVIEWED and finally “get THAT NEXT job.”

4.  We will ensure that each client is ready to go to market before they launch their search.

5.  We demonstrate how our coachee’s can best ensure the success of the search efforts and the success of their hiring company.  ROI   RISK/REWARD formula

6.  Titles, dates, responsibilities mean nothing only measurable accomplishments will carry secure that next position.

7.  Introspection, research and aggressive marketing are the keys that will allow our coachees to “get THAT NEXT job.”

8.  Networking is key, but REAL NETWORKING with the employed decision makers.

9.  Transition is and always was a S.A.L.E.S. job.

10.  We provide a series of learning and study aides: Books, CD’s, Articles, 150 page Website, as well as our one-on-one Interviewing, Coaching and Consulting Activities.

11.  Initially, in most cases, we spend no more than 1 hour per week with any client. Our rigorous home assignments, personal introspection and research takes time, but does pay off with a shortened transition cycle.

12.  Once a client has begun his/her search we are readily available via phone or email if needed.

13.  All our coachees are treated with the same diligence, priority, and dedication.

14.  Our process is complete there are no additional fees, hidden costs or charges. Except for the first hour, each hour’s coaching thereafter must prove to be of benefit to the coachee or there is no charge.    

15.  Success at the potential "job assignment" is our main concern, as such we enable our coachee’s to find the real candidate.

16.  Our purpose is to allow the real candidate to emerge, not just the resume content. The candidate's accomplishment, competencies,   experience, and potentials will determine their success.

17.  We are committed to excellence and an enduring relationship with our coachees based on reciprocal trust.

18.  Finally, we ask that all our graduates pay forward what they have learned to others that are in need of a new opportunity.
