PERSONAL SUCCESS MOTIVATION

This was originally written as part of a training seminar and it is more true today than it was then. .......

We all face life from a learned response system. All too often this response system gets in the way of our ultimate success.

TODAY, you must begin to internalize a new, more positive, more productive relearned system. We can no longer afford to fret over the past, or fear the future. We must live each today with renewed dedication, vigor, and confidence.

It becomes incumbent on us that we accept internally, what we accept in reality. Living in anguish of the "failures" of our past and the "fear" of our possible failure in our future often immobilizes our today. This irrational fear leaves us no room for creative thought and growth, (especially in the interview setting).

We are all unique. We all have incredible untapped abilities and resources. We need only allow that talent to surface. The only way of accomplishing that goal is to control the "fear of failure" and our psychological imprisonment in the wrong tense. We must constantly be thinking of how to reduce the risk of the buyer.

We must recognize and accept that most, if not all people are afraid, lonely, and lacking in self-confidence. Some of us also allow various compulsions/obsessions to cloud our fears. However, regardless of whether you were the "super achiever," or the "class dunce," yesterday has little to do with reality today. The image that you convey can be altered, but that image can only be changed in the "reality" of the now, by accepting one simple truth of life.

Seize the moment. Put all your energies into it. Put aside your insecurities for just this MOMENT. You will succeed! You cannot fail! Failure is the inability to want, not the lack of success. Focus yourself for success now. Use PMA in all interview situations.
