Dialogue Check List: 

Used in association with Parley 1 & 3

 

*      Was Information received?  Mail or email?

 

*      Do you have the correct Address?     Get correct Address----Domiciled?

 

*      “I will resend”         How do I make sure it gets to you?

 

*      This is concerning an opportunity for them and their company….Stress, Profit or Ease of Operation   Use the term YOU and YOUR meaning them

 

*      Check Calendar      Use either or… close

 

*      When HR mentioned…Explain HR is the eventual contact when we move forward

 

*      Check calendar again…Either or close…Move things around on calendar

 

*      Respect objections…esp we are not hiring,  HIDDEN positions 

 

*      Resume…Send Info to show you who I am, not just what I have done

 

*      Ask would HA if s/he would review Info and make corrections to make it stronger

 

*      Ask who else could you send it to? Would they make introductory call?

 

*      Ask about competition, who would they recommend?

 

*      Ask if they would act as a Career Advisor?

 

*      Ask for the HA’s email so that you may send a thank you note

 

*      Ask if they would mind your keeping them informed about your search?

 

*      Finally, ask when you should get back to him/her?
