I wanted to write you and say how much I apprecite your call last night. Your decision to  trust me with the .......will have an everlasting effect on me. I am pleased to inform you of my decision to join Open Pit Soft as President, effective August 5, 2---.

I feel it important to express my sincerest thanks to you and everyone at "KSC" for the opportunity to be a part of such a great team. I know that I would have thoroughly enjoyed my employment at "KSC" and would have profited greatly by our association. I am confident also that I would have contributed significantly to your success in both the short and long term.
