I wanted to write you and say thank you. Your offer of trust will have an everlasting effect on me. I am pleased to inform you of my decision to join Open Pit Soft as President, effective August 5, 2---.

I feel it important to express my sincerest thanks to you and everyone at "KSC" for the opportunity to be a part of such a great team.
