Hiring Authority's Interview Checklist

All Hiring Authorities have the below list as a mental checklist for hire.

Has the prospective employee done or shown:

1. Preparation…both Personal & Professional (Is s/he prepared for the interview?)
2. Presentation……. materials about themselves
3. A Competitors/Market, Product and Process Analysis
4. Do they say THANK YOU?
5. Do they ASK for the next step or the job?

Credentials are great but the above 5 possibly will determine a hire more than 80% of the time. All Hiring Authorities knowing or unwittingly mentally click thru the above list in every interview. You can move from an A candidate to an E candidate by your adherence to this list.
