You will find a comprehensive explanation of this unique concept of our PMSP© program. I have been asked often to place this on the website. The C&S process is the core to finding a new job, facing all applicants in this new uncertain market place. It is the process whereby you identify the 18 core companies to actively solicit for a position. The C&S method is also one of the baseline processes for the CISA program.
1. First you list your Acommplishments, Core competencies, experiences, then employers and then contacts.
2.Then you list your interests, things you enjoy, things you dislike and things you find distasteful about business practices.
3. From that Core you develop a list of 18 potential companies, competitors, vendors, clients to solicit for a new HIDDEN position.
There is an opportunity out there, you just have to be creative and aggressive.
CISA Core & Spiral Checklist
By following your own priorities you will determine the best target companies to work. Your competencies and experiences should have already been listed on ACP checklist. If you need a quick painless way to objectively choose target companies then this might be of use. After you have listed as many as come to mind, put the list away and look at it again the next day. You now have you list of 18.
