One additional item.

Once you obtain a job, after the end of the first week send an email to your entire RN and say “thank you” for their help in your search; regardless of whether you spoke to them or not. Remember this is to set you up for your next job after the one you just started.

It is designed to keep you name in front of the real buyer in the organization. 
The email should be short and sweet.  Basically “say thank you for all your help. “ No more than that, even if they told you to go to “he>>. “  

You can also send a handwritten note to those RN’s Levels that helped you most. 
Send a similar email note at the end of the 1st,3rd, 6th, and 9th month. Use Google Alerts, Business & Professional  journals, WSJ and or Local Newspapers and finally the company’s own website for info to glean information from to develop your emails. For example the note could read, thanks for all your help during my job search, also wanted to share this article, note of interest; I found this month about your company. Again thanks …………for all your help. 
You can also include a copy of the article or information in a regular mail format, with a yellow sticky attached that says something similar to the above note. 

During the 6th month ask each person in your RN to link in with you. 
This is now your permanent RN. Be sure to communicate at least quarterly for as long as you can.
