One of the most difficult and most often avoided task of any transition period is the candidate’s introspection of who they are, what they want from a new job, and what companies to pursue as their target employers. Career Changes are tough today with proper preparation, they are nearly impossible without.
Our unique Introspection process serves three distinct needs in the transition process. Once completed it allows you as a candidate to:
